This expressive Highland single malt is matured for at least fifteen years in fine Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry casks from Andalucía, quietly growing in stature in the darkness of our traditional dunnage warehouses. Bottled at 46% ABV, this is the most mellow and refined of the flagship range, with a memorable full and fruit-forward character. Over years of slow maturation, the whisky develops a distinctive aromatic depth – an intoxicating burst of maraschino cherry, ripe bramble and dark chocolate mint lifted by hints of orange bitters and walnut liqueur. The palate is equally vibrant, unfolding honey-glazed apricot and ripe fig with a crescendo of black cherry, angelica and muscovado sweetness, creating a balanced, richly textured expression.
